About The Position
Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is seeking a professional Dance Instructor to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who love interacting with people, having fun, helping others, staying active, and controlling their earnings. As a high-energy, customer-focused instructor, you will conduct private and group dance classes, helping students achieve their personal dance goals. You will have the opportunity to enhance people's lives daily and work with diverse individuals, providing a unique level of personal enrichment. The role requires attending studio events, which may occur on weekday evenings and weekends, alongside students. Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is dedicated to enriching lives through the power of dance, offering a welcoming, non-judgmental, and fun community. With a legacy dating back to 1947, the studio is a leader in ballroom dance instruction, boasting 180 locations and serving over 25,000 students. They offer a comprehensive dance experience, including group and private lessons, wedding dance choreography, performance opportunities, local parties, and numerous national, inter-regional, and regional dance competitions annually.

Nice To Haves
- Years of dance and/or dance instructor experience.
- No prior dance instructor experience is required, as training is provided.
