About The Position
DivaDance is seeking a part-time Dance Instructor/Choreographer to lead pop-music inspired dance classes for adults. This role involves teaching original choreography, fostering a positive and inclusive environment, and representing the DivaDance brand. The position offers flexible working hours, professional development, and opportunities for growth within a values-driven franchise organization. Ideal candidates are reliable, responsive, have a big personality, and experience teaching and choreographing for adults.
Requirements
- Experience in dance, group fitness, cheer, or performance coaching
- Previous experience teaching and choreographing adults
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using technology (Slack, Mindbody, Spotify)
- Must include a video link of original choreography with application
- Must complete online Instructor Development Program before teaching
- Must agree to a Non-Compete Agreement

Responsibilities
- Lead fun, high-energy dance classes for adults that align with DivaDance brand standards
- Partner with the class host to help with basic studio setup, breakdown, and cleanliness
- Greet clients, nurture in-class leads, and maintain class notes
- Build authentic relationships with clients and fellow team members
- Participate in team trainings, meetings, and community events
- Represent the DivaDance brand with personality and professionalism
