This role is focused on being "boots on the ground" in the territory, delivering value-added genetic solutions and programs, and building a dairy herd customer portfolio. The representative will be responsible for building relationships and rapport with existing customers for retention, focusing on large-herd growth, and providing support with herd management software and technical assistance to dairymen. Additionally, the role involves managing inventory counts/ordering, invoicing, and collaborating with support staff to ensure effective operations and exemplary service to farmers, producers, and industry partners.
