Alta Genetics is seeking a passionate and proven business consultant to join their globally renowned sales team in the Western New York markets. This role will be "boots on the ground" in the territory, focused on delivering value-added genetic solutions and programs, and building the dairy herd customer portfolio. The representative will also be responsible for building relationships and rapport with existing customers, focusing on retention. Key responsibilities include focusing on large-herd growth, supporting customers with herd management software, providing technical assistance to dairymen, managing inventory, ordering, invoicing, and collaborating with support staff to ensure effective operations and exemplary service to farmers, producers, and industry partners.
