About The Position

This is a part-time union position in the Dairy/Frozen Foods department at Cub Foods West St. Paul. The role involves making connections with customers, stocking and rotating cases, assisting with receiving products, maintaining a clean store, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure an awesome department. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and motivated to grow their career.

Requirements

Willing to make lasting connections with our customers
Willing to fill and rotate cases and displays (may be some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs)
Willing to assist with receiving products and merchandising to keep our shelves full
Willing to help maintain a clean and sanitary store
Willing to work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department
Willing to be a part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled
Physical lifting/carrying over 50 lbs.
Pushing/pulling to 2000 force lbs.
Walking, reaching, standing, stooping/bending, squatting, kneeling
Repetitive motion: turning, bending
Equipment operation: fork lift, pallet jack, carts, box cutter, compactor, baler, scanner, register, scale, check approval machine, coupon machine, paging system
Judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing basic computer skills
Occasional climbing ladders
Occasional math/calculation
