About The Position

This is a Part Time Union position in the Dairy/Frozen Foods department at Cub Foods Monticello. The role involves making lasting connections with customers, filling and rotating cases and displays, assisting with receiving products and merchandising, maintaining a clean and sanitary store, and working with the team to ensure an awesome department. The ideal candidate will be a part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled.

Requirements

Willing to make lasting connections with our customers
Willing to fill and rotate cases and displays (may be some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs)
Willing to assist with receiving products and merchandising to keep our shelves full
Willing to help maintain a clean and sanitary store
Willing to work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department
Willing to be a part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled
Physical lifting/carrying over 50 lbs.
Pushing/pulling to 2000 force lbs.

Equipment Operation: forklift, pallet jack, carts, box cutter, compactor, baler, scanner, register, scale, check approval machine, coupon machine, paging system

Environmental: extended exposure to cold temperatures and wet surfaces
