About The Position

As a Dynamics 365 SENIOR SUPPLY CHAIN FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT, you will be part of consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support training and knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
  • At least 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 FO/FSCM/AX
  • At least 5 years of experience in D365 FO/FSCM/AX implementation & support
  • Skills in troubleshooting and fixing user support cases
  • Experience in at least 5 of the following modules is highly desirable: Inventory Management, Advance warehouse management, Procurement and sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Commerce (Retail), Product Information management, Engineering change management, Transportation Management, Intelligent Order Management and Vendor Collaboration
  • Good understanding of Product versioning, procure to pay process, Business to Business process, Order to cash process and Trade promotions
  • Functional consulting skills to manage Requirement gathering and detailing, fitment analysis, functional design, Integration functional testing, manage user acceptance testing, Training and hyper care support
  • Exposure to Go-Live issues and fixing are preferred
  • Working knowledge of D365 FO/FSCM/AXs interoperability capability with MS Office, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Azure and MS BI Stack
  • Strong client interaction skills
  • Working independently and in teams
  • Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
  • Able to manage a team of 3-8
  • Ability and Flexibility to work on Onsite/Nearshore/Offshore models

Nice To Haves

  • Planning and Prioritization skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
  • At least 2 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
  • Management experience is a plus
  • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
