About The Position

TeamWork Management is seeking a Supply Chain Consultant to lead digital transformation projects. This role involves diagnosing broken processes, building solutions, and ensuring their successful implementation. The consultant will drive cross-functional initiatives, translate operational complexity into business decisions, define KPIs, improve planning processes (S&OP, demand, supply), and perform hands-on data analysis and system configuration when necessary. Strong communication skills are essential for presenting findings and driving decisions across various audiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of leading projects, not just supporting them.
  • Depth in at least one area: S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Master Data Management, or Operations.
  • Curiosity to engage across multiple supply chain areas.
  • A consultant's mindset: framing problems before jumping to solutions, thinking in terms of business impact, not task completion.
  • Demonstrated project management capability, including structuring and delivering cross-functional initiatives.
  • Analytical fluency: comfort with data and its use in building arguments.
  • Working knowledge of an ERP and/or APS system, understanding how these systems shape planning decisions.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms) and ability to apply them to improve analysis, streamline processes, and enhance delivery outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills (written, verbal, and visual).

Nice To Haves

  • Worked in or alongside pharma, biotech, or life sciences environments.
  • Navigated global or matrix organizations and know how to get things done without direct authority.
  • Been part of an end-to-end supply chain transformation and can speak to its success factors.
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with SAP and/or Kinaxis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead supply chain and operations projects from diagnosis to implementation, including defining scope, aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and delivering lasting results.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives across commercial, manufacturing, finance, and logistics teams, building consensus and maintaining momentum.
  • Translate operational complexity into actionable business decisions and recommendations.
  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), set metrics, and create visibility for leadership.
  • Improve planning processes across Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), demand planning, and supply planning, building sustainable frameworks and governance.
  • Identify root causes of issues, not just symptoms.
  • Perform hands-on data work, system configuration, and operational analysis in ERP or APS systems as needed to solve problems.
  • Use Power BI or equivalent tools to visualize findings and communicate insights to various audiences.
  • Deliver structured presentations, reports, and dashboards that drive decisions.

  • Opportunities for continuous learning
  • Robust benefits package
  • Remote work flexibility
