About The Position

This role involves leading D365 platform operations, including workflows, configurations, ticketing, bug fixes, and deployment tuning. The position requires redesigning workflows, troubleshooting failures, and overseeing the stabilization and remediation of deployments. The manager will also oversee ERP-centric integration points, provide direction on data structures and workflow logic, and support data-lake-adjacent items. A key responsibility is leading and developing a team of four focused on D365 operations and enhancements, and partnering with internal teams and vendors to improve platform performance and stability.

Requirements

• Strong, hands-on D365 implementation and workflow experience.
• Expertise in workflow logic, ticket remediation, and cross-system troubleshooting.
• Experience with ERP integrations across multiple assets and tools.
• Strong understanding of deployment processes and tuning strategies.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
• Clear communication, collaborative leadership, and ability to excel under pressure.
