Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Finance.
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM Octane).
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales (CE).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience working within the SAFe framework.

Nice To Haves

• SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Tester).
• Experience in integrated environments involving CE and F&O data exchange.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and Finance processes.
• Background in project management, change management, or business analytics.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated testing of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Test Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and potentially Finance modules.
• Utilize test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or ALM Octane.
• Apply AI-driven testing tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with teams within the SAFe framework.
• Communicate effectively, analyze issues, and solve problems.
• Ensure attention to detail and commitment to quality in all testing activities.
