About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with expertise in retail banking and payment systems and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. This hybrid role bridges business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery of banking and payment-related projects leveraging Dynamics 365.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in retail banking or payments domain.
• 3+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement).
• Strong understanding of payment systems, card processing, and banking operations.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, API integrations, data migration, and SQL.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Agile methodology and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT, and ACH payment standards.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements for retail banking and payment processes.
• Maintain and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize backlog items for development teams.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Customer Service, Payments).
• Analyze workflows, identify gaps, and recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices.
• Support integration of Dynamics 365 with core banking systems, payment gateways, and third-party applications.
• Develop test cases, coordinate UAT, and ensure solutions meet functional and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare user guides, process documentation, and deliver training sessions for end-users.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations, PCI DSS standards, and data privacy requirements.
