About The Position

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives. Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes. Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables. Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency. Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities. Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective. Your contribution to the team: Demonstration of strategic mindset for delivering impactful, client-aligned projects. Expertise in managing complex ERP projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, and progress monitoring. Problem-solving expertise and ability to steer project economics and delivery. Requirements

  • Experience in Dynamics 365 Implementation projects.
  • Experience in implementing / designing Interfaces
  • Experience in implementing / designing customizations
  • Ability to prepare the lean specs for the customizations or integrations
  • Good understanding of the ERP end to end processes like Order-to-Cash etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in CPQ modules is preferred
  • Ability to write necessary queries for troubleshooting
  • If the primary experience is in CRM then the candidate must have Certification in CPQ modules.
  • Basic understanding of the technical architecture like (Model Driven App, PCF Controls, Dataverse etc.)
