About The Position

Act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and the D365 Supply Chain solutions, from an implementation and a support perspective. The business analyst will translate business needs into configured D365 modular solutions during implementation phases and also provide support to the users that are currently leveraging D365 in the production environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a business analyst or functional consulting and/or support role, with specific in D365 Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Strong understanding of D365 Supply Chain modules.
  • High level knowledge of relational databases, data migration methodologies, and system integrations.
  • Effective communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

  • Conduct workshops and interviews to translate business needs into Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and user stories.
  • Configure D365 modules using out-of-the-box functionality to minimize customization.
  • Analyze current-state workflows, map future-state processes, and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Lead testing cycles, create test scripts, and help validate that system capabilities meet business requirements.
  • Serve as the liaison between stakeholders and developers to ensure alignment of goals and project scope.
  • Create training documentation and conduct user training to drive adoption.
