About The Position

CrucialPoint Agency is a precision retention marketing agency trusted by 7-, 8-, and 9-figure D2C brands. We specialize in email, SMS, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing. We move fast, hold ourselves to a high bar, and our team is lean by design. We’re looking for a sharp, results-driven D2C Email Marketing Copywriter based in the US. You will craft high-converting email flows, campaigns, and SMS sequences that capture brand voice, engage subscribers, and directly drive revenue for high-growth e-commerce brands.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven D2C email marketing copywriting experience for US brands (portfolio with performance results required).
• Native-level written and spoken English with a deep understanding of US consumer behavior and direct-response principles.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce retention metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions, revenue per recipient).
• Self-starter mentality—scrappy, resourceful, highly organized, and requiring minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

• Experience writing SMS copy alongside email sequences.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar lifecycle platforms.

Responsibilities

• Writing high-converting email copy (automation flows, weekly campaigns, SMS, product launches) for scaling D2C brands.
• Quickly adapting voice, tone, and positioning across diverse brand identities.
• Partnering directly with lifecycle strategists and designers to align copy with visual assets and performance goals.
• Analyzing A/B testing data and performance metrics to continually refine and optimize copy strategies.
• Managing multiple client deliverables independently and consistently hitting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
