The Opportunity Are you looking to take on new technical challenges and participate in creating tools that simplify the daily lives of engineering teams? We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team and work on the development and evolution of our internal applications. Within a dynamic, collaborative, and constantly evolving environment, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions that meet the needs of internal users. Your role will involve working across the entire application chain, with a focus on the front end, database management, API integration, or process automation. You will also have the opportunity to act as a technical reference within the team, support the development of other members, and play a key role in the continuous improvement, efficiency, and reliability of our internal tools, while ensuring high-quality service to all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering (or related discipline), or a combination of relevant experience and training.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in French and English to provide quality service to all our offices across Canada.
  • Good knowledge of: .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL, and Angular (or other front-end framework).
  • Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service.
  • Proactivity, autonomy, and a collaborative approach.
  • Critical thinking and professional rigor.
  • Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset.
  • A calm, structured, and pragmatic approach to analyzing and solving complex problems.

Nice To Haves

  • Git, CSS/HTML5, SOLID principles, Clean Code, Clean Architecture, TDD, Scrum/Agile.
  • Any cross-functional knowledge closely or remotely related to software development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications adapted to the company's needs.
  • Modernize certain tools to enable them to evolve over time, particularly on the "Revit API".
  • Participate in project analyses.
  • Modify and create SQL queries.
  • Collaborate with other developers on different projects.
  • Ensure the development and dissemination of documentation on systems.
  • Support users in their use of systems and software.
  • Establish standards and methodologies for development work.
