About The Position
At Boréalis, we develop a SaaS platform that enables organizations to effectively manage their stakeholder relationships and their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. Since our integration with Irth Solutions in October 2025, we have combined our expertise to offer an even more complete solution to our clients internationally. Innovation is at the heart of our growth, notably through the integration of artificial intelligence–based features that continuously enrich our platform. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who wants to grow in a collaborative environment where ideas are valued and where every team member actively contributes to the evolution of the product. As a Full Stack Developer, you will take part in the development and continuous improvement of our SaaS platform. You will work together with a multidisciplinary team to design high-performing, scalable solutions that meet our clients' needs. This is a backfill position.
Requirements
- Education in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in software development.
- Excellent proficiency in Node.js and React.
- Experience with Git and software development best practices.
- Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy new features.
- Take part in technical decisions and the evolution of our software architecture.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and stability of our applications.
- Collaborate with team members to design the best technical solutions.
- Take part in sprint planning and work estimation.
- Carry out code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Take part in the continuous improvement of our development practices and our CI/CD environment.
- Use artificial intelligence tools to increase productivity, improve development quality, and foster innovation.
