About The Position

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited college/university.
- Successful completion of a CAAHEP accredited Cytotechnology program.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- CT (ASCP) or SCT (ASCP) certification required.
- If candidate is a new graduate, must pass CT certification within 6 months of hire.
- Certification must be maintained by submitting appropriate continuing education documentation to certifying agency.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic testing on patient samples.
- Analyze cellular material for abnormalities.
- Document findings and report results.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Adhere to all safety and quality control procedures.
