Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science related field
- Five (5) years experience as a Cytotechnologist
- Cytotechnologist Certificate - ASCP Board of Certification
- Cytotechnologist License - California Department of Public Health - Laboratory Field Services
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required
Nice To Haves
- Two years of Cytology Supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and supervision for all aspects of the Cytology laboratory including formulating policy and procedures, personnel management, quality control, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
