Requirements

High school diploma / GED is required
3 years of experience with Inventory Management
Experience with Google or Microsoft applications
Ability to report out to upper Management on findings
ERP experience, SAP preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Carry out the counts according to the frequency (schedule) assigned to it and respecting the priorities.
Enter data into the database and ensure the reliability of the data reported
Compare theoretical stocks and physical stocks
Participate in the preparation and completion of the periodic general inventory
Control receipt of orders
Respect and enforce all standards in terms of environmental management, energy and health and safety risk prevention and alert in the event of deviation
Participate in the continuous improvement process within the team, in particular through the emergence and implementation of PAs
Participate and lead in the analysis and investigation of inventory discrepancies between the system and the physical counts
