About The Position

Snackruptors USA Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused Cycle Counter to join our Supply Chain team in Mountville, PA. The Cycle Counter is responsible for conducting scheduled and unscheduled inventory cycle counts, supporting inventory accuracy, and helping resolve discrepancies in a fast-paced food manufacturing and warehouse environment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting production needs, and ensuring materials are counted, documented, transferred, and reconciled in accordance with company standards, GMP requirements, and food safety expectations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of six months of experience in a production, warehouse, inventory, or related manufacturing role.
  • Ability to operate or obtain certification to operate PIT forklift/reach truck equipment as required by the position.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Basic math, counting, and reconciliation skills.
  • Ability to use RF equipment, inventory control systems, and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, multi-tasking manufacturing and warehouse environment.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate inventory concerns clearly.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of warehouse experience preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience using an inventory control system, including data entry and material transfers, preferred.
  • Prior cycle counting experience preferred.
  • Previous forklift/reach truck certification at current or prior employer preferred.
  • Experience in food manufacturing, GMP, or SQF-regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cycle counts using RF equipment according to established schedules and as needed to investigate inventory discrepancies.
  • Conduct physical counts of manufactured and procured materials to support accurate inventory records.
  • Reconcile staging locations following completion of manufacturing orders.
  • Document materials and resources required to be issued to or removed from associated manufacturing orders.
  • Research inventory discrepancies and complete timely reconciliation in partnership with warehouse, production, and supply chain teams.
  • Enter, verify, and maintain accurate inventory data in applicable inventory control systems.
  • Operate PIT forklift, reach truck, or other powered industrial equipment safely in congested pedestrian areas and close-quarter racking environments, when certified and authorized.
  • Support inventory audits, material transfers, and other inventory control activities as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with housekeeping and sanitation expectations.
  • Follow all company safety, food safety, GMP, sanitation, quality, and warehouse procedures.
  • Report inventory, food safety, quality, equipment, or safety concerns immediately to supervision.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
