Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical.
Excellent Problem-Solving skills.
Strong math skills required and must be capable of calculations on calculator and computer.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Takes initiative and works well independently.
Highschool or equivalent (Required).

Nice To Haves

Inventory Clerk: 3 years (Preferred).
Warehouse: 2 years (Preferred).
Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred).

Responsibilities

Actively participating in safety principles and practices, ensuring a secure working environment for all.
Counting and tracking physical inventory while maintaining precise records of counts and their frequency.
Communicating any variances or discrepancies to management, investigating and reconciling these discrepancies to guarantee accuracy in our inventory system.
Documenting counts and generating variance reports, all while ensuring compliance with internal controls.
Effectively presenting information and responding to inquiries.
Problem-solving, data collection, and drawing valid conclusions.
