About The Position

The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the warehouse inventory through regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories. This role involves investigating discrepancies, supporting product recall and loss prevention programs, and ensuring proper stock rotation and handling procedures are followed. The Cycle Counter also collaborates with other departments to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma
• 0 to 2 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts.
• Perform full warehouse inventory annually.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of physical counts.
• Research discrepancies and support the product recall process.
• Support product loss and damage programs.
• Investigate discrepancies.
• Participate in the recoup and disposition of damaged products.
• Perform quality checks on date-sensitive, slow-moving, and obsolete items.
• Ensure proper First-In, First-Out (FIFO) rotation.
• Ensure accurate reserve pallet counts.
• Verify the accuracy of put-away and transfer processes.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and productivity standards.
• Coordinate will call orders.
• Collaborate with departments to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
