Techniplas has long-term relationships with many of the world’s leading automotive and industrial OEMs. SUMMARY OF POSITION: Perform cycle counts by location to meet count requirements and to aid in finding root causes of errors in production reporting, transfers, and other related issues.
Requirements
- Training in inventory, transactions, production reporting, cycle counting, shipping and receiving
- Fork Lift
- Some lifting up to 40 lbs required
Nice To Haves
- 2-3 years experience is preferred
- Problem solving skills to find root causes to problems
Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counts by location using ABC classification
- Assist PIC Supervisor with physical inventories
- Assist production reporters in finding root causes to variances
- Use root cause analysis to find other transaction errors
- Required to back up shipping and receiving as needed
- Other projects related to inventory control as needed
