About The Position

Ryder is hiring a Cycle Counter Inventory Clerk in Hagerstown, Maryland. The role supports warehouse inventory accuracy and distribution operations. The schedule is third shift: Sunday through Tuesday, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., and every other Wednesday, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Pay is $23.00 per hour, comprising $22.00 per hour plus a $1.00 night-shift differential. Warehouse positions pay weekly. The facility is described as clean, organized, and well-run, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement. Safety gear is provided.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One or more years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• One or more years of experience operating forklift equipment preferred.
• One or more years of Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, preferred.
• Equipment certification may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary.
• Provide floor support to Operations Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), with an emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
