About The Position

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Cycle Count - 1st shift. This position is based at our Arden, NC location. The hourly rate for this position is $21.00 per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school.

• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
• MS Office Applications Proficiency with strong attention to detail. Excel advance knowledge.
• Ability to work daily and/or weekend overtime when needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to stand or bend frequently.
• Must have good visual accuracy.
• This position must be able to read and comprehend parts drawings, assembly Bill of Materials, pick Sheets, travelers, and related materials documentation.

Nice To Haves

• Strong Knowledge of warehousing and manufacturing practices and processes.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts to ensure the accuracy of our inventory.
• Respond to individual part eAndons we receive from the work area as requested through Ignition.
• Perform cycle counts on components and reconcile variances across locations.
• Maintain files and records for inventory count results.
• Determine root causes of variances and negative on hands.
• Update cycle count worksheet to report what was audited and any variances discovered.
• Adhere to all PPE and 5S requirements of the role and area.
