About The Position

The Cycle Count Specialist is part of the Distribution Center team. This role contributes to the success of the company by completing all inventory logistics cycle counts and other inventory processes. The Cycle Count Specialist supports our vision by being dedicated and committed to versatility and excellence in all we produce. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a warehouse setting
Experience with Warehouse Management System, SAP B1, and handheld devices
Follows direction and works under pressure to meet deadlines

Customer service and interpersonal skills
Work collaboratively and as part of a diverse team

May also need to pull or push 800lbs pallet jacks

Must be able to tolerate conditions associated with no air conditioning or heat

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification is highly preferred
Familiar in Microsoft Applications preferred

Responsibilities

Completes assigned daily cycle counts and relays any difficulties to management
Updates perpetual inventory to reflect accurate movement of inventory within the DC (transfers)
Unloads containers, verify quantity and items according to the packing list, and receives into SAP B1
Consolidates of bin locations freeing up bins for inbound products
Follows forklift safety guidelines daily and ensures equipment is properly charged for the next day’s activities
Completes daily forklift checklist and submits it to the Inventory Logistics Team Leader
Reports any equipment issues or safety concerns to the Inventory Logistics Team leader promptly
Maintains a clean and safe work environment in assigned aisle or areas
Contributes to department teamwork by demonstrating strong time and attendance records, especially during month-end
Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance records
Actively participates in all one-on-one and group meetings
Performs other duties as assigned
