About The Position

Join CACI’s dynamic team as a Cyberspace Joint Operational Planner and play a pivotal role in planning and integrating cyber training and capabilities for Cyber Mission Forces in support of USCYBERCOM and other supported COCOMs. This is your chance to make a significant impact by coordinating cyberspace operational planning activities in support of combat and contingency operations. You will support CCMD exercises and operational planning teams. This position also includes the opportunity to assist in all facets of CYBERCOM’s training program, including strategy and policy. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• 10 years of experience as a Joint Operations Planner and a complete working knowledge of the JPP, JOPES, and APEX planning formats and guidance
• Four years of planning experience may be substituted with completion of an advanced Service planner school (SAMS, SAASS, JAWS, etc.)
• Specialized education in military joint operations planning through the JPME II from a CJCS accredited joint education program listed in CJCSI 1800.01E. The JIOPC, or other similar military operations planning courses, may be substituted for JPME II
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communications skills
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
• Minimum of three years of experience with managing teams in an environment similar to the TO
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Joint Operations Planner experience in a minimum of two CCMD areas of responsibility
• Two years of experience planning, conducting, or directly supporting cyber operations at the tactical or operational level
• A record of strong customer service experience
• Advanced knowledge of cyber domain including how cyberspace operations are conducted on the network

Responsibilities

• Support customer engagement, event design, event execution, and event analysis for USCYBERCOM J7.
• Lead and act as a full participant in JPGs and OPG/OPT developing and integrating cyber capabilities into plans, and in support of Combatant Commander planning efforts.
• Coordinate cyberspace operations planning activities through the IJSTO to include Evaluation Request and Response Messages, SAP procedures, and the RAPCO.
• Think independently and serve as an advanced technical expert of all planning methodologies and applications in all phases of military operations, providing analytical expertise and expert knowledge of operational design, Joint Operation Planning, and APEX.
• Establish joint operations planning objectives in support of combat and contingency operations without supervision.
• Independently coordinate the development of cyberspace operations plans, contingency plans, CONOPs, and orders.
• Provide extensive technical expertise; lead, and participate in all phases and steps of the JPP and APEX activities.
