About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and procedures, as well as experience in implementing and maintaining security measures to protect our organization's sensitive information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of network and system security, including firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection/prevention systems
• Experience with security assessment tools and techniques
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA and PCI

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate solutions
• Monitor network activity for any suspicious behavior and respond to security incidents in a timely manner
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Train employees on cybersecurity best practices and conduct regular security awareness training
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the security of our systems and data
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery drills to ensure data is protected in the event of a cyber attack
• Investigate and resolve any security breaches or incidents and provide detailed reports to management
