About The Position

Drives organizational success by managing or performing sales activities and actively seeking to grow market share so that sales targets are met. Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts; contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision and mentors or supervises employees in both company and technical competencies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions engineering, or systems engineering role supporting DoW or IC customers
  • 3+ years of experience working with complex technical solutions, COTS products, OEM products, or phased prototyping in the DoW or IC space
  • Experience creating and driving engagement-based approaches to acquisition, including driving whitespace growth and cross-selling capabilities and solutions into adjacent markets
  • Experience owning or supporting annual sales quotas and growing customer adoption through enterprise agreements or consumption-based offerings
  • Experience engaging with key client stakeholders to discuss company capabilities and services on several large-scale projects, including driving program of record creation and driving large acquisition vehicle work
  • Knowledge of a software cloud-based cybersecurity platform that connects users directly to applications and the internet while keeping corporate networks hidden
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity
  • Knowledge of DoW acquisition FAR, DFARS, PWS, and SOW interpretation and compliance matrices
