About The Position

SANCORP is seeking a Project Manager to support the DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) International Affairs Support Services contract. The objective is to obtain subject matter experts to advise and assist the Government in effective execution of mission support services. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and eight years of related experience supporting government agencies. The Project Manager will provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff, conduct detailed analysis and evaluations, and supervise studies to recommend solutions. The position is hybrid, located in Arlington, VA, and requires a Top Secret/SCI security clearance with U.S. Citizenship. Domestic and international travel may be required. The salary range is $110,000-$170,000, with potential for performance bonuses, sign-on incentives, and a government clearance differential. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
  • Eight years of related experience supporting government agencies.
  • Must be able to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff
  • Must be able to provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues
  • Must be able to consult with client to define need or problem
  • Must be able to supervise studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
  • Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship Required

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff.
  • Provide detailed analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and maintenance efforts.
  • Consult with clients to define needs or problems.
  • Supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
  • Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to the contract.
  • Maintain availability to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) during core business hours (0830-1730 EST) and respond to requests within four hours.
  • Ensure successful delivery of the Project Management Plan, Monthly Status Reports, and Staffing Plans.
