About The Position

Serves as the program coordinator for the enterprise cybersecurity program. Coordinates cybersecurity governance and committee activities, policy and program documentation, vendor and third-party assessment engagements, executive and board-level presentations and reporting, and departmental financial and administrative processes to support execution of the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and roadmap. Provides administrative and operational coordination for the CISO and cybersecurity leadership team as one component of this broader departmental program function. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative, executive support, program coordination, project coordination, or departmental operations experience.
  • Ability to coordinate activities across multiple departments, vendors, and external partners, including governance, audit, and assessment engagements.
  • Ability to prepare professional presentations, reports, meeting materials, and executive/board-level communications.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, administrative coordination, and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present operational data and metrics to support executive reporting, dashboards, decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with executive leadership, physicians, business leaders, and technical staff.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present operational information and performance metrics.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while exercising sound judgment and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates cybersecurity governance, leadership, committee, and strategic planning meetings, including scheduling, agendas, meeting materials, minutes, action-item documentation, and administrative follow-up.
  • Assists cybersecurity subject-matter experts with drafting, formatting, routing, publishing, maintaining, and periodically reviewing cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, presentations, reports, and other program documentation.
  • Assists cybersecurity leadership with the development, analysis, formatting, and coordination of executive, board, committee, regulatory, and departmental presentations, dashboards, reports, metrics, and communications.
  • Coordinates departmental financial and administrative activities, including purchase requests, invoice processing, budget tracking, vendor onboarding, contract-routing support, and maintenance of related records.
  • Coordinates departmental logistics, including cybersecurity awareness events, cybersecurity fairs, training activities, staff meetings, staff onsite visits, travel arrangements, accommodations, onsite planning, and special events.
  • Provides administrative and logistical coordination for cybersecurity assessments, penetration tests, tabletop exercises, audits, consulting engagements, and other third-party activities, including scheduling, meeting logistics, documentation, communications, and onsite arrangements.
  • Collects, validates, analyzes, and organizes cybersecurity operational data and performance metrics to support executive reporting, governance activities, board presentations, departmental dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintains departmental action-item logs, calendars, schedules, and administrative tracking tools and assists cybersecurity leadership with follow-up on commitments and assigned activities.
  • Maintains organized departmental records and repositories, including meeting records, policies and standards, presentations, vendor documentation, financial records, assessment materials, and other cybersecurity program information.
  • Provides executive administrative support to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and administrative coordination for the cybersecurity leadership team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and related activities.
  • Maintains the confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive cybersecurity, executive, financial, personnel, audit, and vendor information.
  • Supports continuous improvement of departmental processes, communications, documentation, and administrative operations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
