Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity and technology principles
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or M365 is a plus
Strong written communication skills
Team player, curious, and comfortable asking questions in an unfamiliar environment
Must have a reliable form of transportation

Responsibilities

Audit backup configurations and contribute to disaster recovery documentation
Support endpoint compliance remediation across our managed device fleet (Microsoft Intune / Entra ID)
Assist with access permission reviews as part of TEI's Zero Trust initiative
Produce technical documentation for an internal security platform
Evaluate an enterprise observability tool, review documentation, analyze output, and summarize findings
Perform administrative tasks as needed
