About The Position

MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Cyber Incident Response Analyst to support a customer in McLean, Virginia. The role provides critical 24x7x365 coverage to protect mission-essential infrastructure. The position follows a fixed four-day work week with 10-hour shifts, scheduled Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday. Openings are available on first shift (6 a.m. to 4 p.m.), second shift (12 p.m. to 10 p.m.), and third shift (9 p.m. to 7 a.m.); shift differentials apply to second and third shifts. New team members must complete six weeks of initial training on the day shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least 1 year of experience in a cyber-related role.
• At least 1 year of experience with cyber incident response.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and incident detection, analysis, and response methodologies.
• Knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and security.
• Knowledge of threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and security incident response best practices.
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT-II certification within 6 months of hire.
• Current, active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
