Cox Enterprises•Atlanta, GA
•$89,400 - $134,000•Hybrid

About The Position

The Cybersecurity Engineer II will join Cox Automotive’s Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) team within Enterprise Risk & Security. The team builds and operates DASH, a compliance monitoring platform that combines security and infrastructure data from enterprise sources and turns it into controls, scoring, and dashboards used by engineering teams and senior leaders to understand and improve security posture. The team works in an Agile lifecycle, ships through GitHub-based CI/CD, and uses AI-assisted, spec-driven development. The role focuses on extending DASH through API-based ingestion from security and cloud platforms and developing an AWS-hosted reporting application. The engineer will also contribute to new controls, Snowflake data models, and self-service tools for engineering teams. This includes building pipelines, maintaining a full-stack application and its infrastructure, modeling data, and partnering across security, IAM, cloud, and engineering teams to deliver features. This is a hybrid position with the ability to work remotely part of the week. The role is a day-shift individual contributor position with no travel.
