About The Position

This role sits in our Cyber Platforms and Engineering team within the Global Cyber Security (GCS) organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join an evolving team as we transform Security Operations into a product-led, customer-visible service model to deliver applications, platforms, and Data & AI workstreams to support end users and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstratable experience, working cross-functionally in a complex security operations environment.
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders, managing cross‑functional delivery, and aligning security outcomes to business risk and priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology related technical discipline / Cyber related qualification preferred.
  • 5+ years in Technical Delivery, Project Management, Scrum, or Service Delivery roles.
  • 3+ years Cyber Security domain experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Security Frameworks and methodologies (e.g., NIST) required.
  • Expertise in Confluence, Jira & MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, Data Engineering principles and practices.

  • Know your customer and be customer obsessed, providing enablement, support model, and clear service ownership.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Translating complex technical risks and progress metrics into clear updates for executive or non-technical leadership.
  • Background in software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud architecture, risk reduction and remediation.
  • Be a good human, practitioner and partner who will respectfully challenge the status quo.
  • Security certifications preferred (e.g., CISM/CISSP)
  • A relevant project delivery certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or SAFe, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery across technical workstreams, managing cross-functional project milestones.
  • Coordinate delivery of Data & AI workstreams, including planning, dependencies, risks, reporting and stakeholder updates.
  • Track technical decisions, assumptions and dependencies so they are visible, owned and progressed.
  • Manage SLAs, KPIs, service reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the day-to-day delivery interface between end users/stakeholders, technical leads, engineers and third-party vendors.
  • Support sprint, release and transition planning across development, testing, infrastructure, data and support teams.
  • Support controlled change, adoption, documentation, handover and transition to a live service.
