About The Position

Interclypse is supporting several Maryland state agencies in the modernization and sustainment of critical systems. This exciting opportunity provides candidates with the ability to contribute to the long-term health and success of the state while continuing to learn and grow professionally within Interclypse’s growth mindset culture. All positions are required to be on-site at various locations in Maryland. Performs design of information systems, including the application architecture, database, and interfaces. Gathers and analyzes user requirements and translates them into system designs. Develops and helps execute system designs, ensuring implementation of repeatable processes and compliance with established methodologies. Evaluates system problems of workflow, organization, and planning and develops appropriate corrective action.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline is preferred.
At least seven (7) years of experience planning, designing, building, and implementing IT systems.
At least four (4) years of experience analyzing user requirements and translating them into system designs using various design tools and techniques.
Must have experience in the direct design and implementation of cybersecurity architectures for enterprise projects.
