About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Cybersecurity and Disaster Recovery Support Analyst for an active RFP opportunity with the Sudbury Water District. The district requires 24/7 information technology support services for its utility operations. This role involves supporting security monitoring, backup checks, recovery procedures, vulnerability follow-up, and incident coordination. The analyst will also be responsible for reviewing RFP scope and requirements, coordinating with FuntoNetwork and other consultants for a complete response, preparing documentation and technical inputs, communicating with stakeholders, and supporting quality control and submission readiness.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this RFP-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured submission requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support security monitoring, backup checks, recovery procedures, vulnerability follow-up, and incident coordination.
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.
