Requirements

  • Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience with offensive cyber activities, such as exploiting digital data, and then summarizing the resulting findings.
  • Experience with network forensics, network administration, investigative data analysis, and mobile networks.
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with SQL, Hadoop, Python, Node XL, and a knowledge of telecommunications.
  • Possess a related Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of overall working experience in this domain.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute tests of systems to evaluate results against specifications and requirements.
  • Analyze and report test results.
  • Perform assessments of systems and networks to identify deviations from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy.
  • Measure the effectiveness of defense-in-depth architecture against known vulnerabilities.
  • Assist in the implementation of required government policy (i.e. NISPOM, DCID 6/3) and may make recommendations on process tailoring.
  • Perform analyses to validate established security requirements and to recommend additional security requirements and safeguards.
  • Support the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority through pre-test preparations, participation in the tests, analysis of the results, and preparation of required reports.
  • Engage in data collection, data analysis, and ingestion of large datasets for the purpose of furthering the team's larger mission goals.
  • Periodically conduct a review of each system's audits and monitor corrective actions until all actions are closed.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to less-experienced cybersecurity personnel.
