Requirements

Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
Demonstrated experience with offensive cyber activities, such as exploiting digital data, and then summarizing the resulting findings.
Experience with network forensics, network administration, investigative data analysis, and mobile networks.
Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems.
Experience with SQL, Hadoop, Python, Node XL, and a knowledge of telecommunications.
Possess a related Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years of overall working experience in this domain.

Responsibilities

Maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
Plan, prepare, and execute tests of systems to evaluate results against specifications and requirements.
Analyze and report test results.
Perform assessments of systems and networks to identify deviations from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy.
Measure the effectiveness of defense-in-depth architecture against known vulnerabilities.
Assist in the implementation of required government policy (i.e. NISPOM, DCID 6/3) and may make recommendations on process tailoring.
Perform analyses to validate established security requirements and to recommend additional security requirements and safeguards.
Support the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority through pre-test preparations, participation in the tests, analysis of the results, and preparation of required reports.
Engage in data collection, data analysis, and ingestion of large datasets for the purpose of furthering the team's larger mission goals.
Periodically conduct a review of each system's audits and monitor corrective actions until all actions are closed.
Provide guidance and leadership to less-experienced cybersecurity personnel.
