About The Position

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Cyber Software Engineer Intern for their Mission Systems Sector in Cincinnati, OH. Requirements

Student enrolled full-time pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and will be enrolled full time in Fall 2027.
Majoring in or having majored in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) with degree focus on Computer Science, Cyber Security, Cyber Software or Systems.
Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027.
Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
Ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.

Nice To Haves

Overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher.
Active security clearance.
Experience with debugging and/or system analysis tools.
Experience with SDLC (software development life cycle).
Experience with reverse engineering.
Experience with virtual machine technology.
Familiarity with modern source control platforms (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab) and CI/CD workflows using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI.

Responsibilities
