Requirements

  • Candidate must have an active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and must have at least 15 years of demonstrated experience managing projects of similar size and scope.
  • The Project Manager shall possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification, in good standing, at the time of contract award and throughout the period of performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assessment and Authorization, IT security risk management, and continuous monitoring of DHS IE IT systems
  • Integration of information assurance and cybersecurity engineering practices throughout DevSecOps activities for developing information technology (IT) systems and components
  • Information security in hybrid cloud-based environments (i.e. IC Cloud, DHS IE C2E Enclave (DICE), C-LAN, Cross Domain Services (CDS) GovCloud, Rapid Requirements and Data Development Environment (R2D2E) standalone systems.)
  • Information security architecture and systems engineering
  • Innovation, automation, efficiencies, and continual improvement in IT security processes and technologies, and tracking metrics to monitor improvements
  • Provisioning and managing communications security (COMSEC) equipment
  • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) capabilities
  • Experience using MS Office tools, JIRA, and Confluence as well as the ability to generate reports, presentations, metrics, and other data necessary to support bid decisions.
  • Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.
