Peraton is hiring a Cyber Security Process Engineer to join our Cyber Mission business unit in Annapolis Junction, MD. As a Process Engineer on our team, you will support one of the largest enterprise-wide engineering contracts within the Intelligence Community. This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year; and work is performed at a customer location. As a Cyber Security Process Engineer, you will provide process engineering support around DIB Cybersecurity Operations. Primary responsibilities include analyzing and improving organizational processes, conducting technical research and analysis, and writing responses for government-provided high-priority data calls to create representations/characterizations of strategy alignment, resource allocations, discrepancies, gaps, and organizational accomplishments. You will perform research and analysis on data as well as compile and correlate data sets to track operational plans, understand technical capabilities and gaps, relationships, and status, and report results to leadership. You will also conduct thorough reviews and detailed assessments of systems engineering documentation; define, review, propose and develop process improvements; and oversee and guide creation, modification, and implementation of process governance and required systems engineering documentation and artifacts.
