About The Position
BAE Systems is hiring Cyber Security Analysts from junior to senior levels to support a classified customer in the Intelligence Community. The role focuses on analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving security controls, defenses, and countermeasures to intercept and prevent internal or external attacks and attempts to infiltrate systems. The team researches activity that could compromise system security and designs countermeasures while maintaining hardware, software, network firewall, and encryption protocols. The position supports a mission to protect national security and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree.
- Experience providing cyber security analytical expertise to customers.
- Experience performing continuous monitoring for anomalous activity.
- Experience providing real-time threat detection and correlating and analyzing historic events.
- Experience collaborating to establish IT System Cyber Security and Incident Response Plans.
- Experience analyzing log data from various network components and operating systems.
- Knowledge of complex environments involving shared networks and multiple security enclaves.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Security Development and Operations (SecDevOps).
- Experience with cloud security controls and implementation.
- Public, private, and hybrid cloud experience, including AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- AWS Certified Security Specialty.
