About The Position

Join our team of innovative engineers at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, where we're pushing the boundaries of technology and aircraft design. As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the cyber security of our platforms and its implementation. Your expertise will help us create cyber-resilient security design solutions that meet the needs of our customers and protect our systems from emerging threats. The Cybersecurity Analyst will partner with the development team, program, and government customers to perform as an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The position will help secure custom software solutions designed to support a world class fighter jet and its modification programs.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, SSCP or GSEC)
  • Hands on experience with Splunk, ACAS, SCAP and other industry standard Information Assurance tools
  • Knowledgeable of Windows Server operating system security requirements
  • Information Systems auditing experience

Nice To Haves

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Experience with developing, reviewing and maintaining RMF security system plans and artifacts.
  • Experience with eMASS processes and workflows.
  • Knowledge of NIST publication (SP 800-53, SP 800-37, etc.).
  • Knowledge of implementing STIGs and addressing cyber vulnerabilities.
  • Proven ability to obtain/maintain system ATOs or continuous ATOs.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright).
  • Experience with Windows Server administration.
  • Currently working in environment supporting DoD or Intelligence Community customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent applied experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the team to cohesively design and integrate new solutions.
  • Oversee day-to-day information system security operations including hardware and software implementations.
  • Carry out technical administration of IS in accordance with internal LM and customer security requirements, primarily Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Upkeep, monitor, analyze, and respond to network and security events.
  • Document compliance actions within the approved automated compliance tracking system or develop a plan of actions and milestones (POA&M) with the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to address non-compliance in the allotted timeframe.
  • Auditing and documentation management is a large part of this role’s responsibility.
