About The Position

ISPA Technology is looking for a Cyber Pathway Team Lead to support TITAN and Edge Theater Architecture efforts in Panama City Beach, Florida. This role is ideal for a cyber professional who can lead people, manage competing priorities, and create order across RMF, ATO, vulnerability management, cyber documentation, technical teams, and mission stakeholders. This is not just a compliance leadership role. It is a mission-enablement role. You will lead a cyber team responsible for helping mission systems move securely through authorization, assessment, sustainment, remediation, and continuous monitoring.

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance or higher.
  • Experience leading cybersecurity, RMF, ATO, vulnerability management, or mission assurance activities.
  • Strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity frameworks, RMF lifecycle activities, POA&M management, STIGs, continuous monitoring, and authorization documentation.
  • Experience coordinating technical teams and tracking cyber actions to closure.
  • Ability to work on-site in Panama City Beach, FL.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • CISSP, CASP+, CAP, CISM, Security+, or similar certification.
  • Experience supporting Navy, Army, joint, ISR, C2, tactical edge, or theater-level architectures.
  • Experience leading small cyber teams or cross-functional technical working groups.
  • Familiarity with eMASS, ACAS, STIG Viewer, SCAP, Trellix/ESS, endpoint security, DevSecOps, cloud security, or edge compute environments.
  • Experience preparing leaders for cyber decisions, risk acceptance, authorization milestones, or assessment events.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cyber pathway planning for systems supporting TITAN and Edge Theater Architecture.
  • Coordinate RMF, ATO, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, cyber documentation, and compliance activities.
  • Guide ISSOs, cyber analysts, system administrators, engineers, and technical SMEs through cybersecurity requirements and execution timelines.
  • Build and maintain cyber roadmaps, action trackers, POA&M burn-down plans, risk registers, and authorization schedules.
  • Translate complex cyber requirements into clear tasking, priorities, and decision points.
  • Coordinate with Government cybersecurity stakeholders, ISSMs, assessors, technical teams, and program leadership.
  • Identify blockers early and drive resolution across documentation, scanning, patching, configuration, evidence, testing, and approvals.
  • Support cyber readiness reviews, technical exchanges, assessment events, and milestone briefings.
  • Help ensure mission systems remain secure, authorized, resilient, and operationally relevant.
