About The Position

TEKsystems is seeking Cybersecurity Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and Project/Program Managers for multiple strategic initiatives at financial services customers in Charlotte. The roles partner closely with Cybersecurity leadership and support delivery in evolving Agile environments. SAFe governance and coaching tenure are required. Candidates must be direct W2 candidates; C2C, transfers, and sub-vendor candidates will not be reviewed. The position is contract-to-hire and hybrid in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Requirements

Experience as a Release Train Engineer and/or Project/Program Manager supporting cybersecurity initiatives.
SAFe governance and coaching tenure.
Must be a direct W2 candidate; C2C, transfers, and sub-vendor candidates will not be considered.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Release Train Engineer for cybersecurity-focused Agile Release Trains.
Support multiple cybersecurity domains and partner across business and technology teams.
Drive planning, execution, and delivery across 7–8 Agile teams comprising approximately 55–70 team members.
Facilitate PI Planning, ART ceremonies, dependency management, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coach and mentor teams, leaders, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders.
Serve as a servant leader, helping teams remove impediments and improve delivery effectiveness.
Lead Agile transformation efforts and mature Agile practices within a developing cybersecurity organization.
Partner with senior leadership to establish scalable processes, governance, and delivery frameworks.
Foster collaboration across teams and alignment with strategic cybersecurity objectives.
Support continuous improvement and build Agile maturity throughout the organization.
Map program status using Jira and other collaboration tools.
Provide project sizing and tracking, resource allocation, and budget management.
