The Opportunity: As a Cyber Posture Management Senior Associate, unlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomes that’ll elevate your career. Your role will include, but isn’t limited to: Ensure continuous health, performance, and compliance of security applications and appliances. Integrate & Configure Data Sources into security platforms and optimize configurations. Provide technical support for system management, configurations, and incident resolution. Keep platforms updated to meet security requirements and compliance standards. On-Call Availability – Participate in rotation to handle urgent data protection issues. Build and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and assessments for operational clarity. Work closely with clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and fostering strong relationships. Conduct training sessions for peers and client personnel. Knowledge transfer to peers and clients, along with the ability to design, configure, and validate enforcement rules, will be key to success in this role. Configure NAT, VPNs, security policies, threat prevention, and manage tools like Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Defender for O365, Zscaler, Prisma Cloud, Wiz, Claroty OT, Illumio, etc. Perform root cause analysis, support audits, and document incident reports.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in network security operations.
  • Proven expertise in at least two primary technologies (Palo Alto, Defender for O365, Zscaler, Prisma Cloud, Wiz Cloud, Claroty OT, Illumio).
  • Proficient in Incident Management and Change Management.
  • Ability to handle high pressure situations with key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in performing vendor management.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to secondary tools (Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Proofpoint, SkyHigh, Nozomi OT) is a plus.
