About The Position

Peraton seeks a Cyber Operations/Offensive Cyber Planning to support operations in the USSPACECOM Joint Cyber Center. This role involves being an expert in offensive cyber operations, integrated into the JCC Offensive Cyberspace Operations Branch. The position assists with offensive cyber goals, policies, and procedures, contributing to the development and performance of offensive cyber capabilities and functions. A key responsibility includes contributing to the development of the Command's Cyber Prioritized Effects List (CPEL). The role also requires establishing and maintaining effective relationships with counterparts on the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, USSPACECOM components, and other DoD/federal agency representatives to integrate capabilities into Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) plans.

Requirements

Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will consider HS+16 years of experience or Associates with 14+ years of experience.
Offensive Cyberspace Operations experience
U.S Citizenship is required
Active TS with ability to obtain/maintain SCI clearance

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of DoD, JCS, and unified command policies, functions, and operations
Knowledge of Joint Targeting Process
Understanding of org structure and assigned mission of USCYBERCOM and cyber mission forces
Experience in USCYBERCOM and/or a Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber
Familiarity with the US space community and space operations
