About The Position

Cyber Knowledge Manager, Mid Key Role: Designs, implements, and manages policies and procedures to ensure database and software security. Applies specific functional knowledge, working, and general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance. May review or guide the activities of more junior employees.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in knowledge management within DoD
Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and collaborative tool administration
Experience with data management, including metadata tagging, enterprise search optimization, and automated workflow development
Experience creating, maintaining, and securing digital repositories, wikis, and document libraries in classified settings
Experience with DoD records management policies, data governance, and information assurance requirements
Ability to translate content into accessible guidance for audiences
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
DoD 8140 Level II Certification, such as Security+, CySA+, CISSP, Certification

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting Air Force cyber units or enterprise knowledge initiatives
Experience implementing knowledge-capture processes for lessons learned, TTPs, and best-practice libraries
Knowledge of data-lifecycle management and cross-domain information-sharing solutions
Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills
Bachelor’s degree
SAFe Agile, ITIL Foundation, or Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) Certification
