About The Position

Deloitte’s Cyber team delivers cybersecurity solutions and managed services to help clients navigate evolving threats, operate resiliently, and manage security. The IAM solutions team Saviynt Senior Consultant installs, integrates, configures, and deploys Saviynt, while supporting identity and access management solutions according to project service-level agreement metrics. The role works with clients on both technical and functional implementation matters, gathers and documents post-sales requirements, and manages project scope, schedule, status, and documentation. It also evaluates business and technology risks and controls, supports staff delivering basic services, and builds client relationships with the aim of exceeding expectations and improving engagement profitability. The position may require travel up to 75%, on average. Recruiting for this role ends on 11/3/2026. The estimated salary range is $82,600–$162,800, and the role may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of total industry experience.
• At least 1 year of experience developing, implementing, or architecting information systems.
• At least 1 year of technical architecture experience integrating identity management, access management, and access governance software into client infrastructure and applications.
• At least 1 year of experience installing, integrating, and deploying Saviynt, including connectors, approvals, and access requests.
• At least 1 year of experience with Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL.
• Understanding and familiarity with Unix, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
• At least 1 year of experience managing projects through the full system development lifecycle.
• Ability to travel up to 75%, on average, depending on work and clients served.
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a relevant field.

Nice To Haves

• Previous consulting or Big 4 experience.
• CISSP certification.
• Identity and Access Governance experience, including role-based access control, access requests, and certification.
• Comfort troubleshooting core Saviynt issues.
• Experience implementing and providing operational support for Saviynt connectors such as Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and web services.
• Experience working and coordinating with onshore and offshore teams.
• Identity Management familiarity in one or more of the following areas: Identity Governance and Administration (lifecycle management and provisioning); Single Sign-On and Advanced Authentication (federation and risk-based authentication); Consumer Identity and Access Management; Privileged Access Management; Identity as a Service and cloud-related identity solutions; Enterprise Directory Architecture and Virtual Directories.

Responsibilities
