About The Position
GeoLogics is looking for a Cyber Engineer for their top Aerospace and Defense client. This role ensures cybersecurity compliance by implementing, maintaining, and validating controls across systems, networks, OT environments, and third-party integrations to meet all regulatory, contractual, and enterprise requirements.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelors in STEM
- Implementing and maintaining cybersecurity controls that meet major regulatory frameworks (including NIST SP 800-171, CMC, DFARS, NIST SP 800-53, and NIST SP 800-82).
- Strong capability in system vulnerability analysis
- Proficiency in both Windows and Linux operating systems
- Solid networking fundamentals
- Deep knowledge of NIST. 800-171 standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensures cybersecurity compliance by implementing, maintaining, and validating controls across systems, networks, OT environments, and third-party integrations to meet all regulatory, contractual, and enterprise requirements.
- Translates regulatory requirements into actionable technical controls and ensures consistent policy alignment across IT, OT, and third-party environments.
